Asked to have 3 inches taken. The hairdresser clearly couldn’t cut hair evenly and thin it out where it wasn’t choppy. I wanted layered curtain bangs that blend well into my hair. She failed to do that too. $21 isn’t worth the cost of unskilled hairdresser. Every time I go to great clips, they fail me every time. That’s the last time I’m going there. I rather $30 on a service that makes my hair look professional done than $9 less where it looks like a friend just chopped my hair off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a younger woman cutting my hair, she talked me out of bangs, so I asked for an A line and an inch below my shoulders since I have curly hair. I don’t think this is difficult, but apparently it is. She told me that I was wrong, curls make my hair longer, Not curl up like curls do. So even with my hair straightened, the longest part is at my chin. I am so upset and feel so ugly since my haircut is so so so short. She cut off 9.5″ I just want to cry.

Both me and my girl came in for some simple cuts. She came out with a super uneven hair cut, and I came out with tons of random long hairs including a whole patch of hair that was longer than the rest. Also she went way too high on the sides since I was keeping my hair longer on top so now ol boy has a egg looking head. Yeah it’s free to come back to fix it but they don’t act as nice as when you first got it cut. Definitely go elsewhere unless you are coming in for a bald cut.

You know I’ve had a couple bad experiences here at great clips. The only issue I’ve ever had was that I’ve never gotten the haircut I’ve actually wanted. Recently I have been going more often to get my hair trimmed/cut and they’ve been doing great. I think at the time it was just not good but the change of staff and work ethic definitely has changed into something better I could never see possibly happen.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to this great clips for about a year now ever since I finished my chemotherapy treatments and I have always received very prompt and professional service.Unfortunately that wasn’t the case this evening. When I arrived at the business the woman that was working turned me away telling me that she didn’t have enough time to cut my hair but there wasn’t any customers and it was 17 minutes until closing which would have definitely given her enough time to trim my hair. When I asked her if she was turning me away? She replied “well we do have to clean up and what not”.I don’t know what your name is lady but I am definitely going to call corporate and let them know that they have a lazy stylist who would rather pace back-and-forth watching the clock rather than take care of a loyal customer. I would not even give this place one star but it won’t let me post unless I put one star Honestly Customer service was disgusting the lady butchered my hair she cut it way too short and after I told her she had cut it way too short she decided to leave the other side of my hair longer. it’s all uneven and when I told her she was cutting it too short she got the worst attitude I’ve ever seen! I will never go there again and I will never recommend them to anyone. I have never had short hair in my life! And now half of my head is above my shoulders and the other half is below my shoulders. And in order to get it fixed my hair is going to have to be even shorter
