We’ve been traveling the country in our RV for two years. I have a pixie cut which, for some reason, seems to be super hard for many, many hair stylists to cut! I’ve been to stylists and barbers all over this country and have gotten exactly FIVE great haircuts in two years. Carmen at this Great Cuts did it right! She didn’t just cut it and leave me to walk out the door still wet, she dried it and added some product to it so I can feel good about myself the rest of the day. I wish I lived in Eugene so I could continue having Carmen cut my hair! If you have a pixie cut, this is your girl. (Carmen, I hope you got the tip. I think you went to lunch while my husband’s hair was being finished. We asked the guy who cut his hair to make sure you got the $5.)

The gal can do good cut but lordy she is RUDE, so rude my 6 year old got watery eyes. She was going my guys hair and I went to the car because she acted that rude it took everything not to say something. Cost wasn’t ok with 5.00 off coupon it end up $22.

I go about every 2 months and get a trim to keep my hair healthy and I’m never disappointed. Also they send out great half.off coupons if you become a customer. Super helpful. I’ve been here about four times now and I have never received the correct cut. Once uneven in the back. Once uneven on the sides. So much so I had to go back to get it fixed. One time I asked for feathered hair and got a shg cut. And this time today I asked for feathering and showed a picture. He dam near cut off all my hair and it looks more like a mullet now . The staff is so nice and professional. I wish I could continue to go to great clips but I’m afraid I’m going to have to find a new place. ✌️ To ya’ll

I’ve only been here twice, but on both of my visits I was quite impressed. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Julie was the stylist who cut my hair both times and I have never been more happy with the results. Julie was delightful, funny and exceptionally skilled. When she had finished I hadn’t realized we were done, she really made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and did an excellent job.
