I came in and had no wait, the barber was ready and took me right away, she was super friendly, and styled my hair exactly the way I described. The prices are marked and about what I expected, note they are very picky on which corporate coupons they accept. This location is very clean and easy to find parking.

Nice place, clean and friendly. Only 12 minute wait and about a 10 minute hair cut. Since I hadn’t been here before they made specific notes for my next visit. $19 + tip after my senior discount, seems a bit high.

In 10 minutes I was given the worst haircut of my life. I started with long hair, and I asked for, “shoulder length, maybe slightly above.” I ended up with hair at my earlobes. I tried to downplay how I felt at the salon, but I got home mortified and devastated. My hair is terrible. It’s incredibly uneven (very noticeable) and there’s no good way to style it. She didn’t use any technique to cut my hair and she barely even got it wet. I’d say she sprayed it maybe twice. She gave me some sort of discount on the cut, which was nice, but I cannot tell you truly just how bad this cut really is. I didn’t come here expecting perfect or anything, but I was expecting shoulder length hair. Instead I have hair at my ears, almost 2 inches above my shoulders. With those inches went my entire self-esteem and confidence in myself. I now look heavier and rounder than I actually am. I hope other people have better experiences, but I feel miserable. The stylist was nice, but didn’t give me anything close to what I asked for.

Not the best place to take your kid if they have mixed/ biracial hair. The stylist, as sweet as you may have been, didn’t listen to just 1 inch off. Without combing his hair she just cut it which ended up taking 5 to 6 inches off. Nor did she put any moisturizer or product in his hair. I just paid for something worse than what I could have done at home.
