Absolute WORST haircut and service I’ve ever had, they butchered my head and then had the audacity to ask ME to leave even though I kept my cool and simply asked if anyone could fix it. “We can’t do that high-end barbering, you need to go to a specific barber for what you want..” Even though I had the cut I wanted/had previously got elsewhere out the whole time, and she agreed at the start! They acted like comping the cost was more than I should ever ask for…as if I DON’T have to walk around looking like a stooge for the next few weeks because of their lack of care. This isn’t a meal or a drink that you can just replace or comp and it’s all good! I don’t even want to walk around outside without a hat and I HATE wearing hats. Do NOT GIVE THIS PEOPLE YOUR HAIR TO RUIN OR BUSINESS, period.

Considering I had no plan when I walked in, I was super happy with the outcome! John did a wonderful job fixing my poor, fried hair. After several times bleaching and dyeing, he was able to trim and cut it into a really nice style I wanted. I would definitely go there again. Super nice guy too! Haircut, Bang trim

This place needs to let people leave in peace when they change their mind about getting their hair cut here. I just wanted to leave and the hair dresser grabbed me and physically tried to stop me from leaving and then the other hair dresser verbally abused me for deciding to leave. The manager didn’t say anything to the workers about it either. This was such a horribly baffling experience. People have the right to change their minds.

Been trying the past three days to get a hair cut. Everyday the wait time goes longer than said and even when I came in today they took a girl before me just because the stylist knew her. She was third on the list and I was first. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ever go to.

Today I went to the business as it opened. I was the 5th person in line. The employee told me it would be about 30+ minutes, which I was okay with. She then asked for my phone number. I politely declined, because it’s my private number. She then insisted on me giving her my phone number so she could put me in the computer. I again declined to give her my phone number. She then insisted me on giving her a phone number, so I gave her a made up phone number. She then asked for my name and I only gave her my first name and initial of my last. She then insisted that I give her my address so she could “enter me in the system.” I politely told her I don’t give out my address and she did not need my personal information just for a haircut. I then told her that I would got elsewhere for a haircut.

If you are a first timer, you need to ask them about their rules for using the app and making appointments. I called and they said walk ins are welcome, no waiting. They did not suggest I use the app to try to reserve my space. I drove to the Great Clips immediately and was told there was an 80 min wait. Signed up for the the app and they want your address for Covid contact tracing. I got an immediate text stating the wait was 15 mins so we waited. I was afraid to leave because the app time is useless and inaccurate. Then we waited while staff went to lunch. Then we waited and finally got the hair cut after an hour and 15 minutes.
