Checked online at 5:30pm said there was a 10 min wait showed up and was denied a hair cut and the older lady with long Grey hair wasn’t the nicest person about it. If I checked in I should be able to get a hair cut it’s almost like they deleted my appointment and played dumb. I am in the tech world and I know how things work I come here all the time. I planned my day after work to take my business here. Based on this I will not be getting my hair cut at this location due to non customer service and how rude this individual was. I don’t know if she is a manager just very dispointed. I get you had a long day worming but the services should be honored. If I was able to be checked in I have always had no issues checking in online. Thabk you

I highly wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. First off, I noticed that they’re razors aren’t the best quality. I literally had to cut my hair myself with my own better quality razor and my cut looked way more clean. Secondly, the cut was pretty expensive. $21 when I just asked for side and back to be cut, not even the top. And she didn’t even do a good job making the back look nice and clean, I also had to do that myself. Lastly, “You need to put a mask on since it’s the law”… really bruh, you’re going to take a hair cut wouldn’t that interfere my cut around the years and sides. And I be seeing so many barber shops letting they’re patient take off their masks. It’s a small as* virus, it ain’t deadly.

If could give 0 stars, I would want to give it. The hair cutter had a terrible cut with my 5,5 year old son. I had to wait beside him since he does not sit well without me, they allowed me to do so for like 20 mins, and then wanted me to go to the waiting area at the entrance, if they had told me in advance I would go somewhere else before deciding here. And for the haircut, I did not like the sides and asked her to recut those areas, she told me I should have told this in advance. So you have to like how they cut, you cannot ask them to make changes. They dont have a catalogue, I understand it is covid times, but they dont have anything online as well. So you dont even get what you are paid for
