Okay place to go when they are actually open, which is basically never. The only reason to go to Great Clips is to stop in on the way home from work without needing an appointment, but I’ve tried three times in the last two weeks and it’s been closed every time. Might as well just close permanently if you’re not able to staff it.

Excellent service as advertised. I walked in and was cordially greeted and immediately attended to. After signing in I waited until the previous client’s cut was completed before being summoned politely to the chair. From there it was a haircut and easy flowing conversation. After, my hair had improved drastically and so had my mood, only my wallet and head were a little lighter. Once again, excellence as advertised.

Heidi at great clips should not have a hair cutting job. I’m so mad. One because it’s a waste of money two wasted my time and three had to go shorter to fix what damage she did.
