This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve encountered in very long time. I was so awful I even reached out to their corporate office and they took my complaint on and told me the owner would call me back. That was two weeks ago and I’ve never heard anything. Not shocking considering who he has working for him. It’s too late for your automated “please contact us response” I did and got crickets. I’m not sure what I was expecting out of a trashy chain salon but it wasn’t what I got. Eye contact, a fake smile, and a simple I’m sorry, we don’t offer that service here would have worked. Clearly customer service is dead everywhere but I’m not convinced this place ever had it because they didn’t even care to make it right by apologizing for the way their employee acted. There’s many more places to get haircut. I encourage you to go anywhere other than here. And don’t even THINK about asking for a shampoo. This is just a pretend salon that can’t do those, the shampoo bowls are just for looks. As for the gal working in the first station on the right AVOID HER AT ALL COST. You may not get alive if you get anywhere near her.

Probably the worst place to get a haircut in town. The woman that worked there was extremely rude and seemed to barely pay attention to what I was asking. I wanted a simple buzz cut and the woman acted like it was a complete chore. It was quick and sloppy, uneven and not at all what I wanted. And they had the nerve to charge 30$ for that. Sorry, I’m not coming to your establishment again. The lady that works there is awful and I’ve seen similar reviews mentioning her. Do not get your haircut here.

I’ve been coming here for years. This was the first time in over a year because of the pandemic & my at last having been vaccinated. I signed in online & showed up at the proper time. I came in and the lady behind the cash register was extremely rude. Said there were people ahead of me & would not give me an estimate of the wait time. Really not great, I asked for an inch on top and half an inch on the sides, the lady put the guide on the razor went down the middle of my head, and it, was not an inch, I said it was a little short and she said I asked for a 1, and I repeated “an Inch” she said oh okay and continued to shave my head at 1/8 an inch

I went in with a coupon on an early Super Bowl afternoon. I did not expect much as I had a poor experience at the Great Clips on the other side of town. The people were cordial. The gal that checked me in was new and training (lost). My wait was short. The stylist was surprised that I really wanted her perspective and eventually gave in. She decided what to do and did a good job. She was pleasant and surprisingly straight forward yet approachable. I enjoyed the experience enough that I tipped her the difference between the coupon and a regular price which surprised her and made my day.

However, during my recent trip they wouldn’t allow me to stay with my son while getting his hair cut (because of COVID) I’ve been to other locations during the pandemic and have never heard if such a thing!
