Strangely hostile hair stylist. I came in just wanting a very standard bob. She tried to talk me out of it which was weird. Then she told me that I was going to want to start using styling products. I said no I just like it down. It was like everything I did really made her angry for some reason. Giving two stars instead of one because the haircut itself looks fine. She needs to work on her people skills though.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt all started by this lady who I was so miss fortunate to be assigned to. She asked me if my hair was wet because it look very greasy. She not only did a horrible cut on my hair but she razor burned me in the back that 4 days later I was still hurt. She cut open my skin on my right ear. She try to sell me their shampoo because she said due to the shampo I use I would lose my hair. If you see my hair you’ll know that’s not happening anytime soon. I had to ask my wife to see why my scalp and my skin was hurting. And she took pictures to show me. I wanted to go back there and complaint but it’s okay. I’ll just never go to any of those “great clips” ever again. And they are not cheap by any mean. Worst experience I ever had my life. If you like pain. By all means they’re good at that.
