Do not go here!! Loyal customer for years and they have suddenly changed prices on a five minute side shave. The stylist didn’t even clip my hair up to do it and made me so uncomfortable that I had to hold my own hair up for her to use the clippers. She only did one sideburn and then I had to point out the other one. Save your money and time and simply choose another salon.

My lovely wife was the one to actually experience great clips this time, the shop in West Linn. Great clips has been a real lifesaver and does a real nice job very efficient and very timely. I think what my wife really enjoys is the phone app where she can check the flow of foot traffic, and save a spot or make an appointment but most times we time it just right and she walks in with very little wait, And this time at the West Linn location she had a wonderful stylist who got her trimmed and she looks absolutely fantastic! Very even and very professional looking haircut. We’re now ready for Southern California and the warm weather. I give this place to thumbs up as a secondary opinion and my wife will not go anywhere else, so someone is doing a great job. Thank you to the staff at the West Linn location.

This is the second time that my bf has been to this place. The first time was great, the stylist did an amazing job. The second time, he came home with a less than acceptable haircut. The stylist was a different person who was incredibly rude. After being told six times what kind of fade he wanted, she butchered his hair with a zero buzz cut all the way around instead of fading it like he asked. There was excuse after excuse. “The other stylist has weird notes. Her clippers were better than mine. Am I also undoing your braids and cutting the top?” Ridiculous. Completely argumentative with the style he wanted. Blamed her mistakes on other staffs notes. She said that she did it CORRECTLY but the sides were NOT even as we had to recut his hair once we got home.. how do you do a zero buzz and it still come out patchy? She admitted that she got clipper happy when she started going up and that she was sorry. Idk how a person like this who doesn’t take accountability for their actions still maintains a job butchering peoples hair..

This was a perfect experience and perfect haircut for me. Kim knew exactly how to cut my straight medium length hair without giving me the ubiquitous old lady cut. I prefer efficiency and confidence over fooling around with products, blow drying etc. (I have overpaid other salons for additional wasted time and an “ok” haircut.) Kim is a fabulous stylist and I will ask for her specifically.

My daughter has been BEGGING for a mohawk for months now. Her grandma convinced her to wait until after her wedding. I attempted to give her a faux hawk to give her what she wanted without the drastic change for picture day, but that wasn’t what she wanted as you can clearly see in her face. I dont think I have ever seen her as happy as she is now, the way she sees herself matching the way she actually looks. And oh my gosh… her school? Gave her a full on movie moment where the outside windows quickly filled with kids cheering her on shouting out compliments as she walked up. Her teacher welcomed her to the class with “you’re a rockstar!” And her face being welcomed in with such a greeting? Priceless. Best. Day. Ever. And it is all thanks to this salon. They took great time, effort and care into giving her exactly what she wanted, no judgements, lots of positivity and support. And all that just for $15. You guys changed a little girls entire world in such an amazing way, there is no price that can be put on that. From the most grateful parent ever, THANK YOU!

My son goes to this location because they have the note card from his previous visits. He came home SOOO upset!!!! The gal took about 6 inches instead of two to “even it out”. His long hair was cut up above his ears. Definitely a very disappointed 19 year old! He won’t be going there again. Ruined his day home from college….:( Haircut

I needed my pixie cut fixed and one of the hairdressers there was somehow able to translate my awkward and rambly description of what I was thinking of into exactly how I envisioned it! She is patient, non-judgmental, and will give you a wonderful cut. I hope she will become one of my usual hairdressers, but the other staff members seem equally as sweet, patient and dedicated to their craft! (I can’t remember her name, but she may remember my dorky self with the grossly faded teal hair if she reads this haha.) Thanks a ton!
