I-am a senior male customer since great clips opened and have had great experiences! Since about July 2021 my stylist Tam has left the business for reasons not known ? When I ask where she left to know one would say! I have always had my hair cut with scissors ! Other stylist have done the same. My usual hair cut would last 10 to 15 minutes. My last couple of hair cuts last about two minutes and the last one the price went up to twenty dollars ! My hair was cut very uneven my wife said !! So I will not return to Tualatin Great Clips!

I went in for a trim. I have long curly with layers hair so it was odd when the stylist did not wet my hair before starting. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes, which is a short amount of time for the job. Because my hair is so curly, I couldn’t see the quality of the trim until I went home to shower and found maybe half of my head has been trimmed. I won’t be returning to this location.

My advice to the owners of Great Clips… my haircut was fine but I did t need to hear from your stylist about the Governor of Oregon needs to change her ways, he died for our sins and coronavirus numbers and deaths are overblown.
