Usually there’s a long wait, this time I was able to walk in and within minutes get my sons hair cut. The hair dresser was good with a quick pic of the style he wanted, and both my son and I were happy with the service.

Finally quit crying long enough to write a review. Got a “trim” yesterday, and now look like a boy. Told her had a cowlick and hair sticks up there. Now hair sticks up all over. Today is important family gathering and I need a wig or a hat, or stay home. Reading the owners reply, I only have this to say, your website address isn’t operational and what are you going to do? Glue the hair back? Give me a wig? Or hat. TEACH YOUR STYLISTS HOW TO LISTEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER SAYS THIS MUCH OFF BACK. OR THE TOP NEEDS TRIMMED. OR LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH HAIR THAT STANDS UP. Horrible customer service from a stylist when my senior mother tried to check in for her appointment after arriving at the salon. She was completely ignored and then spoken to with such disrespect that I had to say something to defend my mother and we left. I will never go back to a place that treats senior people or anyone for that matter in such a way.
