Updated: Asked for a medium/high skin fade and ended up walking out with an extreme/Mohawk half way faded hair cut. The stylist even repeated back to me what I asked for and decided to just do what she wanted. Will not be going here again at all. If getting your hair cut here, definitely beware

Took my 5 year old daughter here for her first haircut! The lady had both patience and a warm heart making my daughter feel comfortable enough to sit there and not freak out! She was previously a bit nervous. Lady knew exactly what she was doing and my daughter walked out looking more ready for kindergarten then ever! Highly recommended! Clean! I wish I never came here, the lady I got a haircut from didn’t know anything about being a barber and barely spoke my language (I speak English). I had to wait for over 30 minutes just to get the worst haircut and worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Please do not go here and do not support this place it sucks.

They were nice and quick, but…my hairstylist did NOT listen to me when she asked what length I wanted. I said “half the length of what I already have”. I even showed her the stopping point. I didn’t realize how far she went before it was too late.

This is a high volume get-em in and out quick hair salon, aimed at cost conscience and/or time sensitive customers. You don’t go here if you want a great haircut, but if you get lucky you can occasionally get a decent haircut. They offer web check in aimed eliminating wait times which is important to some customers, however it is not particularly effective or accurate, so why bother? The business model is good, but in fact it doesn’t deliver regularly on its promises. There are many other places to get a haircut that will deliver better value. I am sure the owner will post a response with reasons, apologies, or excuses, however the bottom line is that to run a good long term business you must deliver on what you claim to offer.
