I took my 8 year old daughter here last year. It was her 1st haircut ever and came out so adorable! We went back today to get her hair cut again for school. I showed the lady the length we wanted(holding the front of my daughters hair at about her collarbone). The lady asked if one length, I said yes. The first cut she made was straight across the back and already shorter then requested. She proceeded to even the hair and gave my 9 year old an A line cut(she said). We came out with her hair half way up the back of her neck and just below the ears in front. My daughter hates it and won’t stop crying! It is nothing like we asked for. So sad.

Let me just say first, I have some of the most unruly hair ever! NO one could ever get thru the layers & curls all these years, so I was choosing to chop it myself at home for years. I finally decided I needed professional help! It is 100 degrees out & all the salons were closed! I found a Great Clips near me was open & went right away! I had a coupon & I didn’t expect much. Much to my surprise it actually even turned out better then other cuts I’ve had in the past! I have to give a HUGE shout out to my hairdresser ELEIA for the amazing cut!!! You have to go see her! She kept working with me & my waves until it was right! I had cut it MYSELF so many times it was a mess & she fixed it! It felt like 5 lbs was taken off my head! I’m feeling great & looking great! My Mom can’t wait to go see her! I will def be coming back! Thank you!!!

I used to pay $70 for a haircut, until I found a wonderful lady at Great Clips in Gresham. She does just as good of a job for less than half the price (haircut is $19 & I tip her at least $10). I highly recommend this location for a haircut. The staff listens to what you wanted & makes sure you are satisfied prior to leaving.

usually i have no problem here but i had the worst service ever. i come in and had already checked in online. nobody was in the waiting area. the 2 lady who were working there proceeded to keep talking to each other and had me just standing there for about 2 minutes . i get checked in and sit to get my hair trimmed. i’m very well aware that my hair is unhealthy and that’s why i was getting trim to help with the dead ends . she proceeded to keep touching my hair and tell me how dead my hair is over and over and over again. then the 2nd lady comes over and they start examining my hair and talking a another language that i didn’t know. they even started laughing after picking up strands of my hair. i felt humiliated and wanted to walk out of there immediately. they kept talking in another language the entire time. after only 5 minutes she said all done and missed parts of my hair! i have never seen these 2 lady in great clips ever but i will not being coming back. horrible manners and honestly very rude.
