The staff are truly friendly. The lady running their till styled my mop although I didn’t have an appointment. She did a decent job. She was kind and friendly which I appreciated as my nerves were quite frazzled that day.

There’s 2 people I know of here who cut hair well. I don’t know names to drop, just faces, but there’s definitely one person I know to avoid, who I allowed again after a long time not. I’ve been coming since 2013 and thought she would have gotten better. Missed the whole upper left side of my head. Nothing, still long. No worries I’ll finish up my haircut. Cutting hair isn’t for everyone and I question some of the methods. Why can’t we just select our stylist? This problem would eventually work itself out. Make a listing of stylists and select when you check in online. Great idea you know it.

I’ve had my curly hair cut by both young ladies and they’ve done an excellent job! This is now my favorite place for a trim or cut. I’m always hesitant to try new places that aren’t higher up salons but I’ve been so happy at this location! One of the stylist cuts my hair dry and the other does it wet but I’m always really happy, not just satisfied with the job they do!

Do not go here! Took my mom here for a simple haircut and it turned out extremely choppy and not how she wanted at all!! I approached the stylist Veronica and told her just to even it out and make it look presentable and she asked me in a very rude way “oh do you cut hair” she kept cutting where it was not needed. Absolutely ruined her hair. Will never come back here! Or at least never use Veronica if you come here. She will ruin your hair too.
