My daughters hair was ruined by this place, they seemed so conifent they had us try a new hair cut and it’s so uneven and they thinned her very very thick hair out way to far that it is terrible looking my daughter is considering shaving her head and she had beautiful hair prior to our visit.

In the past this place has gotten bad reviews and for good reasons. However, it’s under new management and they have an all new all star team who are beyond talented. Me and my boyfriend both got our hair cut my a British man there recently (I believe his name was Glenn) and we both agree that he is the most talented hair dresser we have ever been to. It was honestly impressive just to watch him, it left me speechless. It was only 16 bucks, but I easily would of paid 50 + for this hair cut. Please go and ask for him, you will not regret it at all.

Probably the worst haircut experience I have ever had. My barber was super rude, complained about my requests, impatient, and so disinterested. I forgot to get her name so I could call her out, but she was Asian amd short (only descriptions I can think of). Never coming back here, if you’re already here, ask for a different barber.

I love bringing my son here for his cuts. He has seen Silvia twice now and she has done an amazing job. He’s only 5 so she knows she needs to work fast but the details never lack. It looks so good and for a great price! I save money bringing him her and that little extra I save I tip because she sure does deserve it. The online check in is a life saver. But walking in has never been a problem for us either. Thank you Silvia for being so great with my son!

I have had my bad share of bad hair cuts with great clips, but i got Amy about a year ago and I LOVE HER!~ she actually listen to what i want and does what i ask NO WHAT she thinks i should have, which makes me feel validated. if it doesn’t look good that’s on me she is doing what i am asking period. I hadn’t gone to a Great Clips and years and I was reminded why. I got the worst haircut I’ve had in years. First, when I checked in I was informed it was a 4 minute wait but I ended up wait 15 minutes. The person didn’t listen to the simple requests that I made on how I wanted my head shaved so I had to walk her through everything. She acted like she was in a hurry and rushed through the job so my hair was uneven, I had stray hairs everywhere and some areas weren’t even touched. Horrible, horrible job, don’t ever go here.

Went to this great clips on Saturday morning, 1 other customer in the entire place. Bam or Pam did not talk to me or my son until I asked her if I could check in. She said I would have to wait, she was “busy”. Once she got done done doing whatever it was that she thought was more important than helping a paying customer, then I said my son would sit on my lap since he is 4 and moves around a lot. The stylist said, “What?!!! He too big for that!” First, if you don’t know what customer service is, you are in the wrong industry. She was obnoxious towards me and my son. Don’t go here, total waste of time. I would give them zero stars if I could.
