Great clips gets a bad rep for being a chain. But people don’t realize, that hair stylist are individuals. And EVERY SINGLE STYLIST at great clips is different. Every time I’ve gone into this great clips, I’ve gotten a different stylist. That’s not a bad thing, but just something to be aware of. I used to go to another location, where I got to know almost all the stylist there, and had built a repertoire. So if you’re going to this location, just don’t expect to get the same stylist again.

They were open until 8pm Friday night so I was able to use some spare time to get my hair cut and neck shaved before surgery on Monday!I was thrilled and the stylist was very good!I enjoyed getting my hair done at Great Clips !

Went in with a picture from 3 angles of how I wanted my facial hair cut. After 3 separate mistakes I end up leaving demanding that I am not paying for this. I can understand a language barrier being an issue which is why I brought pictures from all angles. Even after trying to salvage the trim I ended up butchered and just went home and shaved. Ill leave pictures. Also wanted to say that when I took issue with this disaster the owner disappeared into the back leaving another stylist to deal with it. For that reason more than anything I highly suggest not going here.

Not only did the stylist not listen to what I wanted, or go off the picture I showed them. They charged $50 for something that I didn’t want and had to go somewhere else to fix. We will not ever go to a Great Clips again. Gloria’s in Beaverton does a much better job for only $35.

I went to the Great Clips in Beaverton Oregon when I wanted to get a more career focused look and ended up with all of my hair chopped off by a hairstylist (a term I use loosely) who had all of the artistic fortitude and chairside manner of a rhinoceros and now I look like if you ordered the Encino Man Brendan Frasier off of Wish and should be and extra in a co-pilot for an afternoon 90’s kids sitcom that never made it past one season. My bangs look like if a homeless man and a “Karen” was high on meth and wanted to speak to the manager. 0 stars. I do not recommend. She didn’t even blend anything in and didn’t clean up the trim. Literally the absolute worst haircut I have ever had.

Got my daughters hair cut here. Asked for mid neck length and thin out a bunch because she has very thick hair and the stylist literally cut almost all of her hair of and barely thinned her hair at all so now it’s standing up on end and she has to have her 7th birthday with the worst possible hair cut imaginable. I’m not gonna add a picture privacy but I’m 100% it would have looked better if I just gave the scissors to my child. I was trying hard to be kind because I’m not a confrontational person and the lady had a very clear language barrier but I wanted to yell at her for what she did to my poor babies hair. I will literally never walk into another great clips in my life. This was a huge mistake and maybe it’s my fault for trusting a great clips.

I wanted to donate my hair for a good cause and was asking if they will do the donation in great clips. They said they don’t and asked us to go to some other place where they do. If not they will give the hair in a bag and we can donate them ourselves. I was asking my husband if we shall do it ourselves, and my husband said yes let’s take the hair with us and donate ourselves (the conversation happened in front of the stylist in 10 sec, exactly 10 sec – I asked and he said yes, that’s it). The stylist immediately called the next person on line and asked us to wait until she is done with that person. And we were like why… she said we took a lot of time in discussion.. really.. just 10 sec to confirm it with my family is a lot of time.. this is ridiculous

The customer service and speed was great. But I went with several photos of a short pixie hair cut and the stylist Jodi gave me a medium length bowl cut with shaved sides. No layers, no bangs, I have a perfectly rounded bowl cut. Definitely do not go here if you want anything other than a trim.

Didn’t clean off my head after clipping. This is a peeve of mine so I’d give a -5 if I could. I don’t believe that it’s the company or location as it is the lady who did the haircut. I just hate getting little hairs all over my car my coat my hat my neck always poking. And could have been avoided by her just going over it a couple more times with the blow dryer. So I’d say to anyone else to just ask for a better clean-up and tip accordingly. I’d take $10 from this ladies purse for that bullcrap. Haha
