Got in quickly with an online reservation and had my hair cut by Donna. She looked at the photo I showed her of what I wanted and got to work. I appreciate that she erred on the long side knowing she could take a bit off if I wanted it shorter (which she did). She was very open to feedback and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I liked my hair cut. Price is great.

Not at all what I wanted, I asked for a trim and before I could stop her her took 4 inches off! I’m so upset I’ve been growing my hair for over two years and you just destroyed it. You can try to hype up what your stylist did as her management but she went beyond what I was willing to accept. I SAID TRIM very clearly. I will never come back and will highly recommend all other take your business else where unless you are ok with someone deciding for you. I can’t even put my hair in a regulation bun, you’ve made the next 6-9 months of my life hell.

The people were very polite, and very welcoming. But, the haircut itself was less than good. I asked for a double zero skin medium fade, and to take a quarter inch off the top. The lady who cut my hair then gave me a low fade that was not even close to a skin fade. She kindly offered to fix it after I showed her a picture of what it was supposed to look like. She said it was no problem. Second attempt lead to a medium fade , but not a skin fade. In the end, I had somewhere to be, and not enough time to try a third time. If you come here, be prepared to not get what you expect.

Today I couldn’t let my sons sit in my lap due to COVID restrictions. Autumn did a fantastic job making sure my three year old was comfortable during his haircut, and he did well thanks to her help and attention. My almost two year old did not want to sit in the chair by himself, so Taylor (the owner’s son?) let him stand on the sidewalk just outside the store and cut his hair there. Autumn did a fantastic job making sure my three year old was comfortable during his haircut, and he did well thanks to her help and attention. I have straight hair and asked for a basic haircut- trimming the dead ends and shortening the gap between the two layers. The lady who did my hair was really nice, but she didn’t shorten the bottom layer and made both layers really choppy. Haircut
