I love everything about this place! They are quick, my kid’s hair looks better than when I cut it myself ( ) and the BEST feature is the online check in. I can be doing errands and check in online and know if I should head right over to the salon, or pop in another store. They even text you when you have about “15 minutes” until your turn. Another unique feature of this place is they store the type of haircuts you got before. So if you liked it, or didn’t, you can tell them. It works across the platform so it doesn’t matter if I’m in Chico or Orovillle, they have the information there.

Every employee cuts my hair the way I like it every time I visit. But they are not clean at all. There is hair from other people all over each booth everything I sit down and I never see them cleaning their clippers and other instruments,they never put the paper towel strip around my neck. One time they put a barber cape on me that still had wet hair on it from someone else. I probably should’ve taken pictures, maybe next time I will.
