They had all my measurements written down, I showed pictures and somehow they still messed it up! My haircut is very simple and easy, I made sure because I worry about getting a bad haircut. But this lady straight up gave me a Mohawk and went “Ta da!” like she did anything at all close to what I asked. I ended up asking her to cut it more and she from then on acted really rudely and poorly. Then gave me the WORST haircut I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t even try! She went limp armed and was silent and lazy after I didn’t say her “masterpiece” was amazing. I wanted to stand up and leave but I ended up going somewhere else after to fix what they did.

I would usually never post a bad experience the hairdresser couldn’t get my hair right couldn’t blend it in like I wanted or how it should be my hair was cut all over the place by the time we were done I had long strands of hair pieces sticking out definitely have to go and get it cleaned up. Gave this facility more than 1 chance but every time I leave with a horrible unblended fade haircut. Today being the worse one. I would not recommend going if you like to look good after your haircut and do not want to go home or another shop to fix their mistakes. The ladies are always new no regulars and most are first time out of school stylists. Which I understand you need to start somewhere but you should have the skills to be able to do the job correctly.

Didnt cut my hair the way I wanted. Lady didn’t even put paper around my neck before the haircut and didn’t even have things ready, like her water or scissors and comb. Why call me over if not prepared. I would give a 0 if possible. Don’t get how these people got their license to cut hair. If you go there, don’t let Carmen cut your hair.
