I’ve been coming here for 3 years. I’ve never had a problem before. Today, I brought my son to get a hair cut and Tommy helped us. From the start, you could tell Tommy didn’t want to be there. It looked like he cut my sons hair with his eyes closed and cut way more than was asked. Ellie, on the other hand, was very helpful. She tried to fix the haircut as much as she could. She offered to clean my sons edges at a later time when his hair grew back. Thank you Ellie.

I’m giving it 2 stars… I went there to get my usual haircut. One of the hairstylists took me in and they were friendly, but I believe they had no clue how to do my hair. They basically botched my hair. My hair is a pretty simple pixie and it’s wavy. All I really needed was the back of my head faded. It was very uneven and really embarrassing to walk out with it. I had to find a different hair salon the same week to fix it. I just hope that one hairstylists learns how to cut wavy hair or let someone know they can’t do it so you don’t botch someone’s hair. I wasn’t honestly going to post this, but the other hairstylist said I should. They are very friendly there, but I hope that one person doesn’t do this to anyone else.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and have never had a bad experience. Until yesterday. This location opens at 9am, which is great, because all the others don’t open until 10am. my last trip here was yesterday, August 25th. I did online check in at 9am and showed up around 9:30am. The doors were locked and the lights were off, with one employee inside. There was a sign on the door that said ” we will be opening at 10am august 23rd thru august 24th. I said to myself out loud, “today is the 25th”. The employee then proceeded to walk over to the door, assuming she heard me, and took the sign down, put a comma and then 25th after the 24th on the sign. Didn’t look at me, or open the door and say sorry our mistake. Nothing……
