Tried to get a haircut here but they put a face and refused to do it. I didn’t even get there that late. No later than 4:45pm. I’m looking at the time and it’s 5:54pm when I’m getting home. They close at 6pm. They asked me if I was checked in and I said no and I think they used that as an excuse to not let me get a haircut. It doesn’t take that long to check-in, but they didn’t even let me say that I would check-in really quick. So sad. Wasn’t asking for much. Just a simple haircut. I will take my money elsewhere.

They did a wonderful job on all of our hair. They do require masks, this is out of the stylists hand. While we were getting our haircuts a man got very upset at this and stormed out. They follow other coronavirus precautions too, such as, no styling which includes a blow dry and no hair color or perms. All 3 of the stylists there were wonderful and my son loved that they had lollipops. Cost was about $85 for 3 adults and 1 child. If you need a cut or trim I would recommend here. If you don’t support wearing face coverings or need something more then cut/trim then I’d suggest calling around and you may need to go out of area, the further north you go the less likely they enforce those precautions.

Great people, Except great clips doesn’t offer certain haircuts, lineups, or beard trims anymore. So I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted but the lady was really nice and explained why she tried her best until I was satisfied with my hair all the workers there are very very kind.

The stylists are always pleasant, they have it in their system the way you like your hair cut, and you can check in online with their app to save a spot in line until you get there. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that $21 is a lot for a basic haircut. I go because it is convenient for me and how pleasant the stylists are.

I kept checking the time and it wasn’t moving. I just checked time at 1pm and now it says 85 minutes. I called salon and got a lame excuse of stylists need to take their lunch breaks.
