Came in today around 5:00pm to get my sons hair cut and we were added to the list of 4 people The location is small and there were people waiting inside so we stayed in the car and stopped by the yogurt shop the wait was 44 min and then all of a sudden there closed when it’s our turn im not happy with the way she also yelled at me with my two children to leave instead of greeting us and saying sorry. She said she would like to go home and that I shouldn’t expect them to stay after just for him Wow So Rude!! Definately contacting corporate office! I know it’s a holiday weekend but they shouldn’t be such in a rush to leave when we made a reservation as a walk in there’s no specific appointment time.

Being able to check in for your haircut on their mobile app is great, they give you a show time and usually meet the time within 10 to 15 minutes. I have always received good haircuts with no complaints. If you are into it they also offer haircuts with shampoo, hot towel and massage. Plus every 10th haircut you can receive a free haircut with a punch card they give you.
