Bad haircut. OK they were very busy and the guy cut my hair in less than 5 minutes. The result is a crummy haircut that reflects exactly the amount of effort that went into it. If they don’t have time to cut my hair and do a good job they should just say so and I will come back another time. Instead I have a lousy haircut that I will be living with for weeks to come.
