Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI was unable.to make an appointment at a high end salon so I thought I would try this location. I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately signed in to get in the queue. I was told it would be about an hour and I would.get a text 15 min before my turn. I ran to.Target and as i was checking out got my text to head over. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room and then was called back by Brandy. She listened to what I wanted and said “don’t worry…you are in good hands”. And she wasnt kidding, she was fun, professional and quick. She did exactly as I asked and used her professional skills to fix all the issues I had from a previous bad cut. She was amazing! The staff was friendly and you could.tell.they care for each like family. I was unable.to make an appointment at a high end salon so I thought I would try this location. I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately signed in to get in the queue. I was told it would be about an hour and I would.get a text 15 min before my turn. I ran to.Target and as i was checking out got my text to head over. Critical: CleanlinessRecently visited this location and got my hair cut to be donated. I left very upset after Paige didn’t confirm the length we agreed upon (and it wasn’t the length we agreed upon anyway), by then it was too late and now my hair is extremely short. Way shorter than I wanted it to be. I understand the hair will be cut an inch two above the elastic, but including the trimming to fix the edges, my hair is about 4 inches shorter than what I’d have liked it to be. Recently visited this location and got my hair cut to be donated. I left very upset after Paige didn’t confirm the length we agreed upon (and it wasn’t the length we agreed upon anyway), by then it was too late and now my hair is extremely short.
