the owner of this place is super rude, and wants to argue with people more often than not. and she is a thief!!!, last time I came in I brought my 6 year old daughter to get the ends cut off. She charges me for a adult haircut, my fault I did not realize it until I got home. I did not return to argue with her over the 7 or 8 dollar difference, I will just never return to this place. she is rude and a thief!!!! good luck

My husband and I went in for haircuts and I have never been treated so badly as I was by one of your hair stylists. First of all, she didn’t want to cut the little boy who was waiting in front of us so she asked the other stylist to do it. Said she wasn’t up to it today. Then when she asked me how I wanted to have my hair cut I told her and she said I was “too vague” and maybe she could cut my husband’s hair while I figured it out. I said no so she asked the other stylist (who was busy cutting the little boy’s hair) to come over to help. I said that wouldn’t be necessary because I was leaving. She asked my husband if he still wanted to have his haircut. He said absolutely not and as we were leaving she said if we had a complaint we should contact corporate because she wasn’t going to be there much longer. One star is too generous for this hair stylist and she definitely shouldn’t be there any longer.
