I asked for a little off the top and ended up with the super short hair. The women was going to charge me full price, but I told her I wasn’t going to do that. One of the older ladies kept on being rude, and was moving the cape so much she was literally chocking me with it. I asked for a little off the top and ended up with the super short hair. The women was going to charge me full price, but I told her I wasn’t going to do that. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and 30 seconds later she had to ask me again. Told her finger length on top which requires the use of scissors. When I signed in I didn’t give them my address, because I don’t want to receive more junk mail. So during the scissor portion of the haircut, she asks “after this can you give me your address? They will send you a $5 off coupon.” To which I declined stating I don’t want more mail. As soon as I declined, she put down the scissors… got the trimmer to finish the sides, yet she’d only finish about half of the top of my head. Then she realized how bad the top was and got her big clippers and a comb and barely touched the front part of my hair, so while looking straight on it looks ok. Well my hair has dried and wow the right side of my head, the hair is shorter. Then my bangs look like they’re doing the wave.

I felt hairdresser Lien was mad at me. Her body language and tone was aggressive. I didn’t get the A- line style I asked for “like yours”. I didn’t not get thinner layer on my back. It’s more like a bob cut. I also got hair going down my shirt when she cut my hair with the bib opened. With her mad attitude, I just wanted to get done and out.
