Put my name on the waitlist through the website and the wait told me 30 minutes and I had already waited 15 minutes of the given time. I called to confirm the wait time and they said 30 minutes even though the website told me I had 15 minutes left, and so I asked “oh so the websites wrong?” and they hung up on me. Completely rude customer service. I came here once, but after just being hung up on, I’m not going their again. Why are you answering phones if you can’t deal with a customer asking you a question?

I know what you’re thinking. You want a reasonably priced haircut but are scared to cut corners on the quality. And I hear you. But this Great Clips is one of the best in my opinion. They listen to you, they ask clarifying questions, they kindly make suggestions. That last part is crucial, especially if you skip in with your Pinterest inspired look expecting to come out like an Influencer. They’re going to be honest and let you know that perhaps the volume you’re looking for just isn’t going to happen for your hair without a ton of products that they’re not going to try to sell you. I also appreciate that. Anyway, don’t just take my word for it. Check in online (and save yourself some time) and see for yourself. You’ll be in and out quickly and your new look won’t break the bank.

One girl does not sanitize her equipment. ive seen her 3 times now cut hair on back to back guests without spaying her clippers. If I see her do it again i am for sure filing a complain with the State board. Overall this place has been pretty good.
