I had a hair cut last day and she did it nicely, before cutting the hair they make it wet , after cutting the hair she didn’t blow dry my hair. We checked in online with a wait time of 17 min and drove straight to the salon. Upon arrival, they had just terminated an employee with 7 people still on the waitlist, leaving 2 stylists. We were first in line for services. It still took us over 40 min to get seated with only one stylist with a client in chair. I asked for a wash and cut and the stylist told me she didn’t have time and I’d have to pick one service. We opted for the cut. The other stylist had been working on the same child customer since before we walked in and spent over an hour on a fade. I don’t recommend this salon for anyone who actually wants services. We should have walked out.
