Critical: Quality, ValueSo I received a haircut at this location today. I received a layered haircut. First of all the haircut was $24. I called afterwards to Great Clips on Arden and they said their haircuts for women are $17. Why such a difference in price? The lady who cut my hair looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. She just cut my straight across instead of how they usually do it. Another hairstylist reminded her to cut it the right way in a nice way, but she still continued to do it the wrong way. The lady who cut my hair also smelled like cigarettes. It was not pleasant to sit there and smell it the whole time. Now when I look at my hair the front strands look fine but the back ones look like the way you would expect it to look like if it was cut straight across on the bottom. I am disappointed. I gave a tip at the end hoping that it looked fine, but when I got home and looked at it, looks very unprofessionally done.So I received a haircut at this location today. So I received a haircut at this location today. I received a layered haircut. First of all the haircut was $24. I called afterwards to Great Clips on Arden and they said their haircuts for women are $17. Why such a difference in price? The lady who cut my hair looked like she didn’t know what she was doing.
