Came to my appointment my wife had set on line for my two boys, was very rudely greeted. Then the lady said I still had two people in front of me. Guess it was just a check in not an appointment. For safety they made me wait outside until our turn was next. After 20 min wait finally it was our turn…after my boys were getting their cut everything went smooth suddenly the ladies were nice. They did a great job with the hair cuts. Boys looked great . I would have given a $10 tip each for the hair dressers and given ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but, they asked for a tip after rudely greeted. 4 stars for now and no tip.

Great Clips is always a great place to get your hair cut. Even though I have had a different hairdresser almost every time I have visited Great Clips, every hairdresser was friendly and professional. I used to dread getting my hair cut since I am so shy, but every one of their staff members made me feel right at home as if we were old friends! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I personally got a good haircut, but my adult daughter didn’t. Also, we checked in online, ran some errands then drove over to get our haircuts. Unfortunately there online check in didn’t actually work and we had to check in – AGAIN! The first wait was 56 minutes, the second check in was longer. Once our wait time was up instead of receiving all of our haircuts at once (there was four of us and seven hairdressers), we had to wait one at a time. From start with our original check in at 12:30pm to completion of our haircuts at 5:15pm it took us all afternoon and that’s ridiculous.

Don’t think I will be coming back again, I asked for curtain bangs and the stylist gave me straight bangs. I feel they are too busy gossiping and talking to pay attention to what the customer wants. two other people I know felt they weren’t being listened to and the stylist just did what they wanted to get them out of the chair faster. Used to come here but now they are overpriced for the quality of haircuts they give. Last few visits staff have been pretty rude and not very helpful when getting my child’s haircut. Basically if you want to spend money on something you could probably do just as good yourself by watching a YouTube video then go for it. There are tons of other barbers in town ran by locals that are the same price and better quality. Not only that but you get to support local owned business.
