DO NOT COME HERE!!! This is not only the worst Great Clips, it’s arguably the worst salon. The stylists not only did the exact opposite of what I asked, but tried to justify messing up my hair by saying it was going to look better and it’s part of a “new style.” I am sorry, but I never asked for a mullet and that’s not a new style… The problem was she was not paying any attention to what I was trying to tell them, instead she was too busy talking to the other coworkers… However, I wouldn’t doubt her general incompetence. Great Clips should be very concerned with the workers associated with this salon. First, I definitely want my money back. Second, i want to warn the Folks of Los Gatos… they’ll likely mess up your hair but also make you so upset that you’ll want to go out of your way to shut down this salon.
