The stylist that we were given actually knew how to handle my son’s mixed race hair. She was almost twenty dollars less than the barber shop and cut it exactly like the picture we showed her. I think the name on the receipt was dulce? I think that’s who cut his hair. Anyway, they have an online sign up with a real time waiting list via computer in the waiting area. They also check in walk ins and if an online sign up person does not show up they’ll let the walk-in come in ahead. That’s how we got in in fifteen minutes wait from walking in. Nice experience.

My husband has been going here for several months, and the haircuts are usually fine. Nothing spectacular and sometimes not blended the best, but a decent affordable haircut. He came home this past weekend with this big gash next to his ear. She didn’t even tell him she gashed it!! He had to ask me when he got home. She could have asked if he would just want to blend it out more (which he would have done), give him a discount, something. Inexcusable.

Expensive – stylist was good and le what she was doing – the manager was intent in charging me $70 for a formal though I just wanted a style. No wash – just blowdry long hair $55 – not a happy customer with price or greeting, though liked what the stylist did with my hair.

I have been here several times. Not for myself, but for someone I work with. She loves it. She doesn’t have much money, but prefers her hair to be very short. That means she needs to get it cut often. They do a great job giving her a very short feminine pixie cut at a very affordable price. To my chagrin, she doesn’t tip. Even so, the same wonderful make stylist greets her as if she’s his biggest tipper. He listens closely as she tells him the same thing every week as if he’s hearing it for the first time. She always leaves in a great mood, happy, cared for, and feeling pretty. Thank you great clips for such great service ❤️.

Hit or miss. Been going there for myself and my two sons (4 and 6) cuts for about a year. Last visit the one guy clearly didn’t like kids. 6 year old has hard time sitting still but this guy was refusing to cut his hair for a few minutes. A #3 buzz, not the most difficult. Some good cuts but some poor. I’m really not picky about the cut, but expect patience for family. Not kid friendly. Wouldn’t break the bank to stock the dumdum lollipops. We’re looking for new place.
