Here I got the worst service I ever have . I chek online on my way after work from concord to San Ramon was 0 min waiting time after I arrive I saw my name was removed from the list . I explained everything from the beginning and instead they take me right after the first is done they Argo with me and make me wait almost 1 hour and until I was waiting I saw there wasn’t name removed from the machine until the barber decided to go and removed

I would give less rating than one star if it is possible. It happened today there were two representatives in san ramon Blvd location. I was checked in they skipped my name and went on to cut two others hair. They called me then don’t know what happened they skipped my name . When I went to tell them they did not even apologize I waited for 1 hr. Fortunately a customer beside me also mentioned the same to the associate but she did not cared much. Then avoided the rude associate and came home without cutting my hair. What a waste of time ?
