I called yesterday and Hannah answered the phone. I told her I got a haircut there and it was super uneven she said oh you can come in we can fix it. She said she was very knowledgeable and she was a lead manager. I went in I showed her a pic of what I was looking for and even asked for bangs. I did the same thing with the previous girl both times I walked put with NO bangs. I was also charged for the haircut and I was under the impression I was going into have her fix the other girls mistakes. Super bad experience!! Never again!!

I have gotten many a hair cut at other places and they are good…but not consistent. Now, when I get my hair cut, it is always at Great Clips in South Napa. Do yourself a favor and ask for Stacey. She is THE BEST!!!! She doesn’t hear you, she LISTENS to the way you would like your hair cut. She’s always polite and professional…and amazing.

I had no idea what to ask for so she took it upon herself to hook me up with the great haircut, great conversation and great advice! There is no wait because you can make appointments and the stylist go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy.

Never had a stylist I didn’t like. Great cut, friendly beautician, decent price. They gave free cuts to the first responders when Napa was on fire. I don’t know what they do throughout the year for such people, but it warmed my heart and made me more inclined to support them.
