My son and I went to get haircuts here and they were very accommodating. We were able to check in online and avoid waiting very long times. We went to four other establishments and they all had a weight of 45 minutes or more but Great clips was fantastic. It was about 50 bucks for my son and I to get a haircut which was an ideal but we were both very happy with the outcome. The other lady was gentle with my son for his first time getting a haircut professionally. Highly recommended I gave four stars because of the price.

My Father and I are both Military Veterans and decided to Take advantage of getting our Free haircut here at Great Clips on Veteran’s Day… Thankfully My Father was able to receive a Haircut but I, on the other hand had to wait for 3 more Customers before I get mine … My Father and I Both came in together… I felt neglected and discriminated on here… Another Veteran trying to receive a free haircut walked in and was turned away by the Hairstylist on the first chair on the left because his Coupon was expired …I feel since he was a Veteran he should receive a free haircut regardless .. The Hairstylist in the first chair on the left who cut hair here was Inconsiderate and in my opinion, has no appreciation for Veterans. She turned away a Veteran with an expired coupon… Very Sad … I chose not to get my haircut after waiting 3 more customers because it was so upsetting to see how she was treating Veterans …. And then get a Robotic spam response after this complaint from Owner … Try to complain with the website suggested ,Way more hassles … I’m Done with Great Clips experience…

All the haircutters I’ve been to there have listened carefully and done exactly as I asked. They all were very skilled. The base price is $18 for a haircut. Tip is up to you. There’s a dedicated Great Clips app you can use to get on the waiting list at the location you choose and learn the updated wait time.
