The younger lady working Monday afternoons-evening was extremely rude and rough with the hair. Was sloppy and will pull your hair with clippers due to rushing. Men beware. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. The store wasn’t busy and honestly with that service and price, I’m not surprised. There weren’t any other customers at the in the store.

Terrible customer service. When the woman asked me if my previous barber used a #3 on my head, I didn’t know. I told her it was mostly scissors. She didn’t seem to like that. I got the feeling I was a burden to her and she seemed aggravated and frustrated. I left without getting a haircut. Worst customer service. Usually give people a second chance, which is the mistake I made with Maya. She had a terrible attitude both times I went in for a haircut. Rude, not at all wanting to be in the job she is in is the vibe she gave off. Stylists give professional advice as they work, not Maya. She made it seem like I was doing her a favor by walking in to give them business. I will never go back to this place!
