Paid $22 for a women’s layered haircut and bang clean up with Ping. She was quick, efficient, and skillful. One thing to note was her chair had hair on it initially before I sat and she didn’t blow dry my hair, so my hair was slightly damp and thick pieces of hair were falling out, but for $22 it was a steal. I’m used to paying $60-90 for a haircut and this was a good deal especially right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I’m grateful to Ping for the haircut and she had great suggestions to make my hair look good. I initially wanted to come in because my hair was super damaged and I’m on chemo, so a change was needed. Definitely would come back!

Good place to get your hair cut. The really nice thing about this place is that you can ‘check-in’ online and see the approximate wait time. Then when you get to the place, you have priority over those who have not done the online ‘check-in’. I was speaking with one of the ladies and she mentioned to me that this chain will shave your head for free if you have cancer and are losing your hair because of chemotherapy. I thought that was a nice touch. You can submit your email address online and receive some valuable coupons. The online check in is tops.

I am never going back to this greedy place again. I presented a coupon and it was expired just by one day (I didn’t realize that). They were very stubborn and did not accept it. Even I am a business owner and even we do coupons, but we don’t penalize customers for incidents like this, especially for haircuts! They made me pay full price for the haircut, which was $12 over what I would’ve paid with the coupon. $3 or $4 more would have been understandable, but this is greedy behavior.
