Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here several times and have never had an issue until a few days ago. I was taken back right away which was nice and I showed her a photo of what I wanted, I honestly don’t even think she really looked at it. I told her I wanted lots and lots of layers but wanted to keep my length. I wanted shorter pieces in front to frame my face. She cut off a good chunk in the back and asked how I liked the length. Uhm, I can’t see back there? She continued to cut and only put layers in the front when I wanted the all around like the reference photo I showed her. I couldn’t tell if she put layers in the back until I went home and had someone look at my hair and no surprise I had no layers in the back. Overall she maybe spent less than 10 minutes on my hair. I’ve shaved my head before and that’s taken longer than 10 minutes to do. When I asked her to blend more (you could clearly see it was not blended properly) she cut one piece and called it good. I understand that it’s a cheap haircut but I wasn’t asking for a lot, at least I don’t think I did. I hadn’t seen this stylist before and if I go back, it will not be with her. I’m upset that my hair was cut shorter than I wanted it, as I’m trying to grow it out but just wanted to add layers. I was taken back right away which was nice and I showed her a photo of what I wanted, I honestly don’t even think she really looked at it.
