I’ve been here twice and both times they decided to freestyle and not give me what I asked for- one time making one side longer than the other because “that’s the way you brush it” and the other time uneven cuts. You’re better off doing it yourself.

I called in before arriving. Was told they were short staffed but he asked when I’d be able to arrive and when I said within 15 minutes and I was told to come in. “Just come”. I arrived within the 15 minutes as I stated and waited nearly 1.5 hrs, and when I finally got in the chair the hairdresser Rey tells me he’s willing to cut my hair one length but hes not willing to do the layers I requested. I wish I was told that from the start so I could find a different place to go to instead of wasting so much time. I will never be coming back.

Came in for the simplest of trims — wanted someone to lop off a few inches straight across the bottom. No layers, no styling at all. It quickly became apparent, however, that the employee working on me was struggling and the significant language barrier didn’t help matters.

Got my haircut done yesterday morning at their Antioch location. The stylist did not know what she was doing. I kept telling her the sides were not even. She couldn’t see what I was talking about. The person cutting my hair is awsome, but she was the only one here and it was busy, she kept her cool helping people check in and at the same time cutting my hair. You need to get people that get to work on time or have the Supervisor/Manager should come in and see who is working. I give 5 stars to the stylist.

We have been going to this place for almost four years, my children and my husband. Yesterday, a young lady with purple hair and green eyes, I don’t know her name, had a horrible attitude towards my son and me. She yelled at my son when asking for a phone number, I gave it to her. However, she still turned around and yelled at me, continued asking for the phone number and almost threw the computer at me. I didn’t even bother to respond and decided to simply leave the place. Still as we were leaving, she continued to scream, simply very rude. I hope some function is taken against this type of behavior because it is just unacceptable. Specially when we didn’t stir any type of trouble.

I’d first given this place five stars but I’m lowering it to one because I went in today, I waited 45 minutes for the online countdown to say go in and it said I had a zero minute wait. However, on the check-in screen there was four people ahead of me, yet one person waiting, and nobody was cutting hair. I asked the woman what was going on she just checked me in and went on with her business. I waited about 10 minutes, the person that was there before me was getting his haircut and there was only one person cutting hair yet my wait still said 0 minutes, with four names still ahead of mine. I left.

Rey did a “decent” job. Nothing was blended so my side burns are longer than the rest of my hair, the top wasn’t touched at all he decided when the haircut was done, he also asked me twice if I wanted the back square or rounded to which I said square both times and it still ended up rounded, and he gave a bad attitude about the haircut the whole time. I didn’t get what I wanted at all, he just gave me a “whatever” cut. Genuinely disappointing.
