Great Clips

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAnother terrible experience at a great clips. I have been to a few different ones in the Bay Area and walk away wondering if the person just came in off the streets w/ZERO experience or knowledge. I could do a better job looking in the mirror and have no training or experience cutting hair. Even if these “stylists” have no training or experience, after doing several cuts, you would naturally become better at it. I don’t understand how these people do the same job every day and could still be this terrible at it. This one was dirty, hair everywhere (as most have been) one person by herself first thing in the morning. She was very frazzled from the customer before me who couldn’t get the credit card machine to work. The entire cut was spent talking about him and other difficult customer’s she’s had. I felt like I was her therapist and kept telling her not to let these things bother her. Now the worst part, the cut. After leaving, and sitting at my desk in front of a mirror, I start noticing how jacked up it turned out. There were several significantly longer small pinches of hair all over (like a good 2 inches longer), the back was uneven, and the usual, one side longer than the other! Uneven bangs. I normally have some layering, she did a straight up blunt cut. I guess that’s my fault for not specifying, but figured she would notice or ask. Another terrible experience at a great clips. I have been to a few different ones in the Bay Area and walk away wondering if the person just came in off the streets w/ZERO experience or knowledge. Ray cut my hair and I advise I recently moved from Fremont to Danville. He randomly just says “is your wife American.” Like WHAT DOES THAT even mean. From there I knew it was down hill. He bashed on democrats, immigrants, school system, and praised Trump. I don’t like putting these reviews but felt the need. If you like conservative chats come here and ask for Ray. Will spend more time talking then cutting your hair.
