I needed my hair cut .. and wasn’t sure what I really wanted. I asked the stylist Ashley several times for her recommendation.. finally her reply was “I cut a lot off, see all the hair on the floor!” I gave up at that point.. I was hoping for a little advice.. I thought as a stylist she could offer suggestions. He demeanor made me really uncomfortable.

They used to or did have a high turnover rate and judging by the bad haircuts I’ve had there they prob got enough complaints and fired those people. Now there’s some regulars there that know what their doing so I can now recommend it.

My experiences vary at this location. The ease of checking in online is nice but the stylist change all the time. Lately they seem to be short staffed and get stylist from other locations. Some stylist are better than others and I’ll request a specific stylist. I once left, went straight home and shaved my head because the stylist did a terrible job. I’ve also had another stylist have to step in and complete my haircut because the lady didn’t know what she was doing. But it isn’t always had and most times I get a decent haircut.
