I have been going to this place for a year now. Only once have I been given a poor haircut. The staff is attentive and they keep a record of me on file so there is some continuity. Only problem is that I can’t have the same person cut my hair, but so far they are all very good.

Whoever is the owner of this place should stop responding to people’s negative reviews with dry, generic, basic Google responses. I’ve seen these responses on other businesses’ reviews which means that they are pre-set, general responses for reviews.
