The problem with this place is that not all the stylists are skilled. The last time I went there I was unfortunate to get a stylist with poor skills. He was just unable to do what I asked him to do – like trimming the side burns to look natural. It was a very bad haircut. If you happen to get a good cut here, get the stylists name so you can ask for them next time (if they are still there).

I went for a haircut. I explained what I wanted and the young man who cut my hair did what HE wanted. He decided to part my hair about 1.5 inches lower – the left side looks like a “bowl cut”! I told him not to cut it as short as it says on the slip of paper – he chose to ignore me and interpret what was on the paper. My sideburns were off by more than a quarter of an inch. This is the second time I have had a haircut with these results. I will give this location of Great Clips one more try, if they don’t do what I want then I will go elsewhere.

Checkin process was super easy. But the stylist was not really welcoming. Worst haircut I have ever got. Haircut in literally 6 minutes, she don’t listen your words, just go by her own way and end up with unexpected/unwanted results. If you have money just donate homeless people than going to this location for haircut.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I love the online checkin so I never wait more than a couple minutes. They keep track of what you like so you can get “the usual” regardless of who is working at that time. I can think of 5 different stylists that I’ve had and each of them gave me a great haircut. What I really appreciate is that they are really friendly and chatty, but also pick up on it when I am just super tired / have a lot of my mind.

Came in with a photo of the haircut I wanted, and the stylist said “Oh, I don’t need that,” when I showed it to her. Um… Ok. A few minutes later, “how do you want your sideburns?” – well, like in the photo, please. A few minutes later, and my hair is way shorter than the picture, my left sideburn is trimmed at an angle, and I have intense razor burn on my neck (which is painful later when I take a shower). This was midday, at the stylist right behind the counter, Saturday April 2, 2022. It was a busy day – I wonder how many others had their day ruined by incompetence? The credit card reader asks “do you want to leave a tip?” No, I want a refund. What is this? I used to like this place…

Went in for a drastic haircut. Hadn’t cut my hair in over 3 years and decided to donate it to WIGS FOR KIDS. Was happy to hear that the cut is free for the cause. Jackie (hope I got the spelling right) was my stylist and am happy with the cut! She was polite and was attentive to the details of the style I wanted. Thank you!
