This is my favorite great clips in the Monterey haircut. I prefer this shop over the one at the del Monte mall. My haircut is pretty simple so I have no complaints. They always do a great job! It is a little pricey at $18 a haircut even for the simplest of cuts, but they always give out coupons Wich make it worthwhile.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Straightening hair is not a formal charge. Consistency would be appreciated. This is the first ever location I have been too that said “each one is different in their pricing”. Manager couldn’t even come address the concern. As well as they turned me away because it would be too long of a service. Will never recommend this location. Super Cuts in Sand City has much higher customer service standards.

I have had better cuts here, but when I went in today to ask for a clean up to my existing cut before my daughter’s wedding, I specifically asked that he not take the cut any shorter than it was. I went in for an a line bob and came out with a shaved right to the neck mess that was reminiscent of the Flock of Seagulls. I am usually not one to cry over spilt milk, but this was so far away from what I wanted as well as its now too short to style in any way for my daughter’s wedding in two days.

Sign up for their mailing list, they send coupons and you can do online check in. Opening and closing times are best for walk ins, avoid Saturday mornings. Only complaint is their loyalty gift card used to offer a bulk rate discount, now they no longer offer that program. Rates are still economical and they do offer military discounts.
