Great experience. Everyone was very nice and the lady that did my haircut did a wonderful job. I also love that it’s in the shopping center because you can easily grab a drink or something to eat before or after your appointment. The shop was clean and everyone was wearing masks.

The staff is here is great and very friendly. The wait was a little long. I didn’t know about this until I got there, but other people were using the great clips app to get a spot in line before physically arriving to the store so I would recommend doing that because the wait got as long as 45 minutes at one point and with the app you could avoid that

Critical: QualityI hate giving bad reviews (probably have only left 2 or 3 in my life), but as I look in the mirror recutting my hair from mistakes I’m getting a bit tired. I get it, I’m not paying a lot and honestly I’m not expecting a lot (it’s a simple military haircut), but at least don’t leave chunks of uncut hair and please make some sort of effort to find my part so that it isn’t a jagged line. I have had to go home and have my wife fix my hair on multiple occasions. This time, the hair over my ears and around my forehead wasn’t even cut. I hate giving bad reviews (probably have only left 2 or 3 in my life), but as I look in the mirror recutting my hair from mistakes I’m getting a bit tired. Usually people go on reviews to complain, but I have not a single complaint for my first visit today! I have a specific barber I go to every time I need something done but they had no openings and I needed a haircut asap for a job interview the next day. ERIN was AMAZING, she had great customer service, and was very personable. She really made my experience a good one and one to remember. Thank you ERIN!

Asked for a skin fade, was told to take a chair. The girl was very nice and very pleasant. However, she cut my hair for 10 minutes and asked me to take a look. I told her i wanted it down to skin on the sides, and then she said she couldn’t do that. It was not her thing to do traditional barber cuts. She could have easily told me before i sat down that she couldn’t do it, but instead told me after that she couldn’t, and proceeded to charge me full price. Not a real professional way to make money. 2 stars for her manner, no more than that because i was completely unsatisfied. Would boot recommend.
