Gone here once before and they were exceptional, but I went in today and was the worst experience yet. The stylist was moving my head around roughly and then would complain that my head was not in the right position. Apart from messing up my hair, she did not take into account what I wanted and just wanted to rush me out the door. Would not recommend to go at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took both my sons 12 & 3yrs old to get a haircut right before our family vacation the Friday before thanksgiving weekend and they were in such a hurry to close that they literally took no more than 10-15min to cut both my sons hair and the cuts were the worse haircuts of their lives. My husband was so upset. My oldest wore a hoodie throughout our entire vacation and didn’t even want to take family pictures. He goes back to school tomorrow and is having lots of anxiety about his hair. He is in middle school and is very self conscious. So bummed out because my son couldn’t even enjoy our vacations being so worried about his hair all the time.
