The older lady butchered my hair. Before I got it cut I told her that I have had many bad experiences with har salons and that I didn’t want it too short. She did nothing but complain about my hair being thick and that there was a lot, I had shoulder length hair. On the bangs, which I haven’t had since I was little since I’m always scared they are gonna look bad, I asked for her to not have it too short and she not only ignored that but made them uneven. She also made each side uneven as well and as soon as I got home I couldn’t stop crying. My hair is how I express myself and I’ve done so for many years and this just hurts me so much. I’m now forced to wearing a beanie over my hair to hide it until it grows back.

My husband, son and I all got bad haircuts and we had 2 different stylists. My husband literally went home and had to shave the rest of his hair because it was so botched! My son, who had the same stylist as my husband, has long pieces of hair sticking out everywhere! Not to mention the rude attitude she was giving us and the employees! My stylist must have been new she parted my hair down the middle when she trimmed my hair. (I don’t part my hair down the middle… nor did she asked me how I parted my hair.) Usually in the past a stylist would ask me where I part my hair before cutting, but I just assumed she was the one with the license and had a little trust! Well I shouldn’t have! When I got home to fix my hair the way I normally have it… one side of my hair is at least 1/2 inch or more (definitely noticeable) difference in length! I just wanted a trim. I had Alby she was very nice but NOT EXPERIENCED! Not sure what the name of my husbands and son stylist but she was an older blonde with longer hair. Terrible we will 100% never go back here!

Do not get alby!! I ignored the bad reviews about this particular stylist. She completely destroyed my hair. Not even close. She even gave up towards the end. Didn’t even finish. I was covered in hair. She didn’t even dust the hair off. Insane! I was too embarrassed to even say anything. Albee should not be cutting mens hair. What a terrible stylist! Take her clippers away!

Critical: QualityI am sorry to write this, because I typically never write bad reviews but I wish I had known NOT to go here for a layering on my long hair. My hair dresser Albi was very sweet, but did not listen at all to a few key requests I made: please cut no more than half an inch, I left with almost 2 inches less, basically went from long hair to short hair. I showed very clear pictures of what I wanted both front and back with distinct streacks, and since it wasn’t happening I said it word for word, and yet she insisted on blending in all layers, then I asked for a little point in the back and when I looked in the mirror it was an OBLIQUE line!!! not even straight, oblique. She did see it too when I mentioned (at this point I felt hopeless anything could turn out good) and finally did a nice job with a slight pointy shape in the back. Maybe she was very tired, I am sorry, but this is my hair, it was long and now there’s hardly any left, and it looks like a rat’s tail ‘ ( I will never go back for a layering. Great clips has great customer service! The girl at the front took my name (she was blonde, didn’t catch her name, but very friendly, I wished I had to out in the review) and even looked up my profile to see if she could load me as a customer. Cheyenne cut my hair and did a great (pun intended) job! I’d definitely go here again.

Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but as long as you check in online, it’s not awful. I love getting my hair cut here because they keep track of my previous cuts & styles. The staff are always so friendly & professional! Clean work spaces, nice music, great hair cuts!
