Just got my haircut today and I am FURIOUS! Just started to grow my hair out again after shaving my head bald for years. Have been getting a zero fade recently and have been very happy with my hair. Short on the sides and just the right amount of length on the top. Well today I walked in and got my usual haircut and the woman got the clippers and shaved all my hair off!!! I COULD HAVE DONE THAT AT HOME ON MY OWN!! She had no clue what a zero fade was and as someone with a license to cut hair I think it is ridiculous! Will never go back to great clips EVER! This is why they will be out of business soon.

The 1st Time Was Great! Checked in with the App! In And Out Fairly Quick And Got A Pretty Good Haircut! Well My Suggestion To Go Here Was Quickly Diminished By The 2nd Time! I Checked In once again going inside the building around 8min until My Haircut Time Sat Down And Watched People Below Me On The List Get In Before Me!
