They were very friendly, and the stylist, I can’t remember her name, was excellent. I was there to get my niece with special needs a trim. The lady was very patient and understanding, and did her best to work fast as my niece has a very short attention span. Will definitely be going there again.

Checked in on the mobile app, showed there was a 17 minute wait, when I walked in the front door it said there were three minutes left, apparently their system is a few minutes off of the mobile app and I was removed from the entire list only to be told that if I wanted to be back on the list I would have to go down to the bottom. This company continues to disappoint always. Zero customer service. Since this is the third time there has been a discrepancy between the mobile app and what the store says I will absolutely never come back.

Definitely can’t beat the price! $20 for a haircut is great especially if you like short hair & your hair grows fast like mine does. The wait was a bit long because I didn’t schedule my appointment online which I’ll be sure to do next time. I had my hair cut by Jenn M & I really like her & I’ll be going back to see her. My mother got her hair cut too & she’s really Happy with it.
