I took my child that has a disability and they gave us terrible service. The lady that gave my child a haircut was very impatient and she kept complaining that he couldn’t stay still. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never take my kid there again. Please if you have a kid with a disability don’t take them here they’ll only complain and will not be accommodating.

I went in to literally chop my hair in half, and I got an amazing woman, I wish I got her name, that did an absolutely wonderful job on the cut. The color is mine, wish I would have got an after before coloring. She was amazing and knew her trait and was able to work on correcting mistakes previously made. I plan on going back on September to add a few more layers hoping she is still there. Thank you girl I’ve gotten many compliments.

Critical: ProfessionalismToday was a busy day, as it’s 3 days before Christmas so we were very understanding with the 45 minute wait. Yet when it was my 2 son’s (ages 5 and 11)turn for their haircuts I was denied my oldest son’s haircut due to said “lice”. I would definitely understand if that was in fact the issue, upon further inspection non was found. They took my younger son with no issues. Both boys sleep together in the same bed. If one had lice I’m positive the other would as well. I feel that my oldest was denied because of the fact that his hair is a lot longer and his cut would’ve been more time consuming. He wanted to have a trim with scissors. He was so embarrassed. I was understanding about it all till I checked and found nothing. No dandruff, NOTHING that looked remotely close to lice. So upsetting as we’ve never had any previous issues at this establishment. Fast check in. Professional staff. Ended up not receiving haircut. Dandruff/peeling scalp from sunburn was mistaken for nits.
